Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tegre Sligo LTD.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via our online store by both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B) within Ireland.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

3. Products

We supply furniture accessories. All products are described as accurately as possible. However, minor deviations (e.g. in size, colour, or material) may occur. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Orders

  • By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
  • We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance.
  • The contract is concluded when you receive a shipping confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for valid reasons (e.g. stock unavailability, payment issues).

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are stated in EUR (€) and include applicable Irish VAT (if relevant).
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
  • We do not accept other forms of payment unless expressly stated.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver only within Ireland via courier services.
  • Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of accidental loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers (B2C) have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.
  • To exercise your right, you must notify us in writing (e.g. by email).

Return conditions:

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of withdrawal notice.
  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to order, customised, or clearly personalised.

Business customers (B2B) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal unless expressly agreed.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • Consumers have statutory rights under Irish and EU law in relation to defective goods.
  • If goods are defective, please contact us immediately at info@tegre.ie.
  • For business customers, liability for defects is limited to replacement or repair at our discretion.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

9. Newsletter and Marketing

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails or by contacting us directly.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
